A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with a hived motor vehicle from C, sod, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (i.e., escape vehicles) and Road Traffic Act

On December 29, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 16:50 on December 29, 2016, and proceeded at a speed of about 60 km in the Sincheon-si, Chuncheon-ro, 3694 on the street from the Seocheon-si to the Sincheon-si in the Sincheon-si.

At this point, there is a center line of yellow solid lines, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to live the front line well, observe the tea lines, and drive the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive a stroke while driving the stroke, which was driven by the negligence of the strokeing the central line, and was driven by the victim D(44 ) driving the eM3 vehicle in front of the sM3 vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to the above occupational negligence, and at the same time, the Defendant escaped without immediately stopping the said SM3 car to the extent that the 1,427,503 won was damaged, and without taking measures, such as providing relief to the injured party.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving of the Defendant’s vehicle from the front door of the Defendant’s house located in Chuncheon City F at the time of the day set forth in paragraph 1 to the third apartment of about 20km in approximately 125 meters, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the 30km section of the same time to the same parking lot.
