The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 21, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Young-gu Branch of the Chuncheon District Court as of July 21, 2008, and on July 24, 2018, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 8 million for the same crime from the Chuncheon District Court as of the same offense.

Nevertheless, at around 19:15 on October 6, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-hurged car with approximately onem section of approximately 1m in front of the office of North-Myeon located in the Geum River-ro 55-ro, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.238%.

As a result, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice (Prohibition of Driving under the influence of alcohol) and drives a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the same provision.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On October 1, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime, around 08:50 on October 1, 2018, driven a vehicle of 14 km-purt without obtaining a driver’s license for the section of 14 km without obtaining a driver’s license for the vehicle from the place of his/her residence in Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Incheon-do, to the 187-ro 8 of the same military population, from the place of his/her residence in Gangwon-do, to the exclusive parking lot for employees.

B. On October 2, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on October 2, 2018: (a) around 08:45, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 14 km-purt without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle driving a vehicle after he/she was from his/her dwelling in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, Seoul to 187-ro 8 from his/her dwelling to his/her employees-only parking lot.

C. On October 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 08:50 on October 4, 2018, 2018, operated a vehicle of 14 km-purt without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle of approximately 14 km without obtaining a vehicle driving license from the Human-gun Office in the same Donin-gun C to the same Donin-Eup No. 187-ro 8; and (b) from the dwelling area in the same Donin-gun, the Defendant was driving a vehicle

On October 5, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on October 5, 2018, at around 08:50 around 08:50, at the same time, from his residence in Gangwon-do Incheon-gun C, to 187-gilh8.
