A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2016. 11. 중순 무렵, 인터넷 사이트 등을 통해 여성의 사진을 게시하여 이른바 ‘ 조건만 남’ 이라는 성매매 광고를 하고 이를 보고 연락해 오는 남성들을 상대로 마치 성매매를 할 수 있도록 해 줄 것처럼 속여 성매매 대가 명목으로 돈을 받고, 그 남성이 환불을 요구하면 추가 비용이 필요 하다고 속여 환불비용 명목의 돈을 받는 이른바 ‘ 조건만 남 피 싱’ 사기단의 인출 지휘 및 통장 모집 책인 성명 불상 자로부터, 스마트 폰 메신저 프로그램인 ‘ 카카오 톡’ 및 ‘ 위 챗’ 을 통해 위 사기단의 편취 금을 인출해 주면 인출금액의 5%를 주겠다는 제의를 받고 이를 승낙하였다.

1. 2.
