Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from around 12:43 on February 13, 2013 to 01:30 on the fifth floor of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu building, had no intent or ability to pay the price thereof even if using a computer and eating food. In so doing, the Defendant had the same attitude to pay the price thereof normally to employees D, who are victims, even though he used a computer with the consent of the victim and received food from the victim, but did not pay the total amount of KRW 19,700 ( KRW 15,400, KRW 1,500, KRW 1,500, KRW 1,500, KRW 1,300, KRW 1,300, and KRW 1,300).
