Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 01:00 on May 10, 2014, the Defendant used the PC and rendered food using it as if he would pay for the completion of the work to the customer, from the PC operated by the victim C in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as well as from the PC operated by the victim C on May 10, 2014.
However, at the time, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price because he did not have any money.
Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received the PC and food from the victim, and did not pay the PC usage amount of KRW 23,000 and the PC use amount of KRW 3,000,000 at the market price.
around 17:30 on April 30, 2014, the Defendant pretended to pay the price for the family by entering the victim E in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, as he/she would have paid the price for the family by making it a customer, and had the victim use the country and drink until May 17:00 on May 9, 2014.
However, at the time, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price because he did not have any money.
The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, did not pay KRW 130,80,80 and KRW 44,800, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to the sum of KRW 175,600, even though the Defendant received food, such as saf, sab, drinking water, sab, etc. from the victim.
around 13:28 on May 15, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “IPC bank operated by the victim H in Daegu-gu Seoul-gu, would make a lump sum settlement to the victim on Saturdays.”
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price.
On May 20, 2014, the Defendant had been provided with computers and food from around 10:20 on May 20, 2014, and did not pay KRW 178,500 to the Defendant, thereby acquiring economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.
