1. Fraud;

A. On April 17, 2020, the Defendant, on April 17, 2020, posted the same attitude that the Defendant would take the bus stops near the D Hospital located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, as a customer to E-si operated by the victim B and would be “F market” and pay for the taxi fare to the Ulsan-gu F market, Ulsan-gu, a destination.

However, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay taxi charges even if the victim was on a taxi operated and moved to the destination.

After all, the Defendant, as above, induced the victim and acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the sum of 5,100 won from the victim.

B. Around 14:20 on April 20, 2020, the Defendant visited “I” operated by the Victim G in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, as a customer, to put the victim G with an order for 2 illness and multiple-slicking one person.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price for the food and alcoholic beverages ordered as above.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received property equivalent to 18,000 won in total, including the above food, etc. from the victim.

C. At around April 20, 2020, the Defendant visited the “L” restaurant operated by the Victim J, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., as a customer on April 19, 2020, and took the order of 3 for 3 others and 1 for 1 illness.

However, the defendant did not have the ability to pay the price for food and alcoholic beverages ordered as above.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received property equivalent to 24,700 won in total, including the above food, from the victim.
