1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C

A. The Defendants: (a) forged a person’s identification card purchased from J to open a mobile phone; and (b) conspireded to sell a core cell phone and a mobile phone terminal; and (c) opened a mobile phone sales store with the name of “AE” in the name of “AE” in the Jeonbuk-si, Jeonbuk-si, U.S.A. on December 1, 2012.

On December 5, 2012, the Defendants: (a) concluded a consignment sales contract with AF, a business employee of the Victim PPP marketing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “PPP marketing”); (b) entered into a “entrusted sales contract with AG on December 10, 2012 with the victim-only limited liability company (hereinafter “SPP”); and (c) entered into a “entrusted sales contract with AG, a mobile phone agent, by facsimile on January 20, 2013.
