Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:40 on June 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a woman returning home under the bottom of the 8 complex of the Handong-gu, Mangdong-gu, Mangdong-gu, Mangyeongdong-gu; and (b) was openly shaken his sexual organ by stating, “I see only one time if you see it.”

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
