A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 02:20 on December 31, 2015, 2015, in order to have the victim D (n, 20 years of age) residing in the stud-dong where the victim D (n, 20 years of age) was living in the stud-dong where the victim D (n, and 20 years of age), had the victim interfered with the above stud-house building to prevent the victim from participating in the stud-house building, and had the stud-in part of the victim, she prevented the victim from resisting the victim by stoppinging him/her and her from participating in the stud-house, leading to the victim’s order.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd his residence and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

2. On April 18, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime at around 01:14 on April 18, 2016, with the intent to commit an indecent act against the victim in the studio in which the victim F (tentative name) residing in the Gu, Si, Gu, Si, Si, with the intent of committing an indecent act against the victim, and intrudes into the studio building following the victim’s behind the victim, and then, the victim “after only one string, lap with one string,” and the victim was unable to resist the victim by taking the victim’s hand against the victim, and the victim’s chest and tack were knick with the victim’s chest.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd his residence and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

3. On May 15, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime at around 01:05 on May 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of committing an indecent act against a victim returning home in the studio in which the victim H (the name of the victim), located in Gumi-si, Gumi-si; (b) went into the studio building following the victim’s order; (c) opened the studio password and intrude into the victim’s house; and (d) went into the victim’s house, and (e) went into the victim’s left chest.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd his residence and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

4. On June 6, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime, around 03:00 on June 6, 2016, in order to avoid committing an indecent act against the victim’s studio entering the above studio in the room where the male-friendly body of the victim J (Y, the age of 24) residing in the Gu and Si/Gun, and intrude into the above studio building following the victim’s back.
