The Defendant indicated the attached Table 6, 7, 8, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 4, 5, and 6 of the attached Table among the land size of 150 square meters in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner who completed the registration of transfer of ownership on October 2, 2019, with respect to the land of 150 square meters in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The Ulsan-gu E-gi, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do (hereinafter “instant adjacent land”) adjacent to the instant land is unregistered, and is indicated to F on March 6, 1912 in the land ledger.

A building of cement and steel reinforced concrete structure (hereinafter “instant building”) owned by the Defendant is constructed over the land adjacent to the instant case, the front part of the road, and the instant land, and there is no building register as to the said building.

E. The Defendant’s parent was living in the instant building from around 1953, and his father G was killed on January 10, 1972, and his mother died on December 11, 2006, respectively. The Defendant had been living in the instant building from around 1953 to another place on July 23, 1981, but was living in the instant building again as a director on December 14, 1991.

F. The Defendant paid the property tax imposed in the name of F on the land adjacent to the instant case, and the instant building from the head of Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, on January 17, 2020.
