Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant also is a person who is engaged in the driving of the bareboat cargo vehicle.

1. On January 8, 2012, the Defendant operates the freight truck that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road in front of the Busan Seo-gu Hyundai Apartment on January 8, 2012, and:

2. On September 18, 2012, the Defendant operates the above cargo vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front road of the 101-dong, Yong-dong, Busan, Seo-dong, Busan, on September 18, 2012;

3. On March 2, 2014, the Defendant operates the foregoing cargo vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road front of the ICIC of Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung-gun, Bosung (Seoul) on March 2, 2014;

4. On July 9, 2016, the Defendant operates the foregoing cargo vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the road in front of the village of recovery, from Seogpo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si on July 9, 2016;

5. On July 10, 2016, the Defendant, around 09:31, operated each of the above cargo vehicles, which were not mandatory insurance on the road front of the village of recovery, by Seopoposi, Seopoposi, Seopo-si.
