Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On May 16, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on May 16, 2008. On December 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a period of six months.
