1. Defendant B’s KRW 199,000,000 and annual interest thereon from November 18, 2009 to October 14, 2014 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. In around 1988, the Plaintiff and Defendant B jointly purchased the land of 56,940 square meters of C forest land in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “C forest”) and the land of 1,736 square meters prior to D (hereinafter “D land”). Since that time, the Plaintiff owned 1/2 of C forest land and 1/4 of D land from around that time, and Defendant B owned 1/2 of C forest land and 1/2 of D land from around that time, and owned 1/2 of C forest land and 1/2 of D land [the 1/4 of D land was terminated in the name of Nonparty E around 1988, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Nonparty F with Defendant B and its address, and each of the following items was sold to the buyer at the time of the sale contract as described below].

After the conclusion of a sales contract, Defendant B led the sale of each of the instant lands, the Plaintiff and Defendant B entered into a sales contract with Defendant SNK and Nonparty LF Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ELF”) on or around September 20, 209 to sell each of the instant lands, respectively, with the following content:

(2) Of the following, the Plaintiff’s sales contract is “this case’s sales contract,” and the Defendant’s sales contract is “the Defendant’s sales contract.” The Plaintiff, the buyer, and the seller: Defendant ENK and LF sales contract (the instant sales contract): The sales price of 1/2 shares in C and 1/4 shares in D (hereinafter “each share in this case”): KRW 1.74 billion (the contract amount is KRW 2.44 billion on the date of the contract, the balance is paid on November 17, 2009, and all documents necessary for the registration of transfer of ownership are provided and repaid on November 17, 2009). The entire shares in this case from the Plaintiff as one object of sale.
