1. Non-provisional disposition against the Plaintiffs on September 18, 2018, which was filed by the Defendant for revocation of business start-up approval, and on October 1, 2018.
Reasons
Details of the disposition
The Plaintiffs entered into a land sales contract between the Plaintiffs and the Intervenor on August 1, 2016 with the Intervenor (hereinafter “ Intervenor”) on August 1, 2016, and with respect to D and 8 parcels owned by the Plaintiff Company A (hereinafter “Plaintiff Company”), each sales contract was concluded for E and 3 parcels owned by the Plaintiff Company B.
(2) The Plaintiff Company’s buyer: the Plaintiff Company’s buyer’s purchase price: KRW 1,372,90,000 for the Intervenor’s purchase price; KRW 130,000 for the contract amount: 1,242,90,000 for the remainder (payment on the contract date) - The land number of the land subject to purchase and sale is KRW 1,582 G forest, 496, 3D large 2,900 for the Plaintiff and the Intervenor; and the land subject to each of the instant sales contracts is “each of the instant land”; the Plaintiff Company’s buyer: the Plaintiff’s buyer’s purchase price: KRW 1,372,90 for the Intervenor’s purchase price; KRW 130,500 for the remainder (payment on the contract date): 1,242,90,000 for the land number of the land subject to purchase and sale (scale payment on October 31, 2016); and the Plaintiff’s re-preparation is made by lots of KRW 158585,585, among the land size of the road.
The seller shall provide all documents necessary for permission (including written consent to superficies).
Any balance shall be divided into land after obtaining permission and within 15 days.
Expenses incurred in division shall be borne by the purchaser.
A road (165 square meters) shall be registered as a share and shall be 400,000 won per square meter.
(A) the claim established on the registry shall be cancelled at the same time as the balance.
