Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates Emergency Medical Services Act shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first-aid or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat of force or other means;

At around 02:00 on September 23, 2014, the Defendant, while waiting to receive emergency treatment by taking a hand at a regional emergency service center in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, the Defendant expressed a bath to the above emergency medical personnel of the above emergency center at the large 20 minutes of d, E, and nurses “the bit of bitch bitp bitp bitp bitp bitp bitp,” and attempted to send the above medical personnel and nurses, and obstructed the first-aid treatment and treatment of the emergency medical personnel of the above emergency center, such as delaying the first-aid treatment and treatment of other patients by avoiding a disturbance for about 20 minutes.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 제1항과 같은 일시, 장소에서 신고를 받고 출동한 울산 중부경찰서 소속 경위 F, 순경 G이 사건 경위를 파악하려고 하자, 경위 F, 순경 G에게 “야이 씨발놈들! 너거 좆됐다. 이 좆만한 새끼들아!”라고 욕설을 하고, 순경 G의 얼굴을 향해 발길질을 하고, 경위 F의 배를 발로 차는 등 폭행하여 치안 유지를 위한 경찰관의 정당한 직무 집행을 방해하였다.
