Punishment of the crime
【Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for committing a special larceny at the Seoul Western District Court on January 20, 2005; on November 8, 2007, he/she was sentenced to one year and six months; on April 8, 2010, he/she was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court; on April 8, 2010, the Seoul High Court sentenced three years to three years for committing a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and completed the execution of the sentence at a resident prison on August 19, 20
【Criminal Facts】
1. On October 29, 2015, the Defendants’ co-offenderd with the victim D's house in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on October 17:45, 2015, and Defendant B waiting to live around "Grane" as if they were visitors to the nearby "Grane", and confirmed that there is no person in the house by putting the victim's house level up and opening the door, and then, the Defendants confirmed that up to 2 floors installed on the victim's outer wall of the above Dora building were removed from the victim's house window and intruded into the house, and up to 100,000 won were the victim's house window and 0.30,30,000 won were the victim's house and 10,000,000 won were the victim's house and 20,000,000 won were the total amount of 20,000 won and 10,000,000 won were the victim's house.
As a result, the Defendants jointly invaded the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property jointly.
