A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 16, 2017, the Defendant driven a DK5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with about 0.093% alcohol concentration in blood without obtaining a driver’s license from the road front of the mutual influence store located in the Yangsan-dong of Gwangjubuk-gu from around 01:07 to the front road of the Dobongsan-dong located in Gwangju Mine-gu from around 57:0.

Around 00:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license; (b) discovered and escaped the police in front of the innovative apartment in the north-ro 375, a mining area north-gu; and (c) was making a stop before the F E located in Gwangjubuk-gu; (d) the victim H of the G police station, who caused the Defendant, was at the seat of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle and demanded the Defendant to keep the vehicle from driving in front of the said vehicle; (b) while driving the vehicle, which is a dangerous object to escape, while driving the vehicle and driving the vehicle, the victim who was able to drive the vehicle in front of the left part of the vehicle, was pushed about about 10 meters high; and (c) was kneeing the victim’s kne, who was faced with the victim’s kne, and was in need of treatment for about two weeks.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with legitimate performance of duties of police officers on the crackdown on drinking driving, etc., and caused the injury to the injured person.
