Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

At around 16:50 on February 5, 2016, the Defendant, while driving the said taxi at the two-lane intersection in front of the Fuan apartment apartment located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, was stopped for signal atmosphere.

The Defendant stopped the said taxi at the middle of the intersection and obstructed the passenger car of the victim on the ground that the DV car driven by the victim C(the age of 33) who was in the course of departure from the vehicle driving due to the vehicle driving signal gets a light.

The defendant continued to move along the victim's car at a two-lane, while driving the cab at a two-lane along the victim's car close to the victim's car by driving the cab at a close distance to the center line, and then cut off the victim's car at a one-lane to the center line, and cut off the victim's car before the victim's car.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using dangerous things.
