Criminal facts
[2] On July 22, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court in the same court on December 16, 2009, one year for the same crime in the same court on September 30, 201, two years for the same crime in the same court on September 30, 201, and three years for imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on February 12, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence in the South prison on August 1, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) discovered and stolen bicycles owned by the victim C at the victim’s office located in Young-gun B on December 2016, 2016.
Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with prison labor for larceny and has committed larceny during the period of repeated crime.
2. From July 13, 2020 to July 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the victim E’s house located in Young-gun, with a total of KRW 100,000,000 in cash from the scene; and (b) stolen the victim’s residence on a total of two occasions as indicated in the annexed Table (1-2) from July 14, 2020 to July 09:0, the Defendant stolen the victim’s total of KRW 1,50,000 from the victim’s property by intrusion into the victim’s residence on a total of two occasions.
3. A thief: (a) on August 14, 2020, at around 23:00, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property from the market price at three times, including, from around August 17, 2020 to around August 23:0, the following: (b) the victim G was placed in a separate collection site for Fail-gun, Young-gun’s apartment site; (c) the victim G, who was installed therein, was placed in his/her hand and stolen with three stitts in the market price; and (d) the victim’s property was stolen on three occasions from August 17, 2020.
4. On August 13, 2020, the Defendant attempted to larceny and collected the clothes managed by the victim I, who had been installed therein, for instance, at the time of the separate collection of the H apartment site in Yong-gun, Young-gun, Young-gun on August 13, 2020. However, the Defendant did not perform his/her clothes and did not perform his/her intended duties, as he/she did not have any clothes.
