1. Defendant B

A. On January 5, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 18:20, the Defendant driven a e-spon freight vehicle from the front day of the “Yongwon-gun, Changwon-gun, Changwon-gun” road to the front day of the Domomo-do, Changwon-gun, Changwon-gun, Seoul, with a 0.146% alcohol content.

나. 상해 피고인은 2013. 1. 5. 18:40경 전북 고창군 D모텔 앞 도로에서 가항과 같이 운전을 하다가 교통사고를 내고 피해자 F(52세)과 교통사고와 관련하여 수리비 문제로 대화를 하던 중 피해자에게 “씨발놈아, 니가 차를 안받쳐놨으면 사고가 안났을거 아니냐.”라고 욕설을 하면서 피해자의 좌측 정강이 부분을 오른쪽 발로 차서 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 기타 및 상세불명의 아래다리 부분의 타박상의 상해를 가하였다.
