A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On May 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., refusal to measure the noise level) caused a traffic accident in which the front wheels deserts the road while driving a B car with drinking on a farming road near the mountain village in the long-term mountain village.

3. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall arrange or solicit the employment of foreigners who have no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from April 5, 2016 to April 26, 2016, arrange for employment of 15 foreigners, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment as shown in the annexed crime list, from around April 5, 2016, by entering the Kazak-gun F for tourism purposes and do not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment, in the ancient field, etc. located in the Jeon Chang-gun, North Korea, and arrange for employment of 15 foreigners, who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment as described in the annexed crime list, from around April 4, 2016 to April 26, 2016.
