A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspension of execution for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Youngju District Court's Young-dong branch on February 24, 201. On November 2, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of 5 million won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act in the same court and the same criminal records are added to 9 times.

1. On March 17, 2013, at around 17:30, the Defendant driven a vehicle with a gallon in C gallon under the influence of alcohol content 0.131% without a vehicle driver’s license at a section of about 300 meters from the pre-road of hydro-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do to the pre-road of the same Riminium.

2. On April 4, 2013, at around 10:15, the Defendant driven a car with a gallonus without a car driver’s license from a lower parking lot under the bottom of the Mari-ri-ri-ri-dong, Young-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do to the implied ginseng distance from a lower-class parking lot under the Mari-ri-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, to the implied ginseng.
