1. Around May 2012, the Defendant: (a) found in the instant practice room for the operation of the victim DD in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) brought the victim’s desire on the ground that the victim was denied.
The Defendant did not demand that the victim would have been a guest, but continued to play in singing without going through the singing room, and stated that “30,000 won should be required if the victim play in another singing room,” and, as if the victim did not want to be aware of 30,000 won, 30,000 won should be applied from the victim to the end of June, 2014, and then 146,000 won should be applied to the victims more than three times in total as shown in the annexed crime sight table (1) Nos. 1 through 3, 2014.
2. On November 201, 201, around 01:00, the Defendant obstructed the victims’ work by force over a total of 19 occasions, as shown in the annexed crime list (1) No. 4 through No. 22, from that time to November 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s work by making customers who were in the main place of the week get out of and let them enter the main place of the week, by making them get out of the main place of the week, and making them take a large amount of sound of the victim, and preventing them from having them enter the main place of the week.
On November 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00 on November 30, 2014, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the victim’s practice of singing practice room business by force; (c) prevents customers who wish to enter the said singing practice room from entering the said practice room for about one hour, such as singing in a singing practice room with the trade name of “K” operated by the victim J in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (d) prevents them from entering the said practice room for about one hour, without any reason, from entering the said place; and (d) prevents them from entering the said place of practice by force; and (e) prevents them from running the singing practice room business from entering the said place of practice by force; and (e) 18 times in total from around April
