A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

When customers who have entered into a lease contract with a vehicle leasing company fail to pay rent or return a vehicle even after the lease term expires, according to the normal procedure, not only requires a long period of time but also need to recover the vehicle, but also it is not easy to collect the vehicle, the Defendant has taken advantage of the fact that a vehicle theft report can be promptly recovered when a vehicle theft report is made to the police.

On January 22, 2015, the Defendant reported vehicle theft to D on January 19, 2015, 2015, the Defendant reported to D the same purport as D, on the following grounds: (a) on January 19, 2015, the Frans car 1 parked on the street in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, was stolen to D, who is not aware of the stolen name; and (b) made a statement to D.

However, the Defendant filed a false report, even though he was never stolen of FJE car.

Accordingly, D, who may know of the circumstances, made D prepare a report on occurrence (thief) and a report on vehicle theft, and made D enter the fact that the Defendant was stolen by the said vehicle into the police force system into the police force system into the false fact that the said vehicle was stolen, made it possible for the nationwide police officers to make the said vehicle available to the public, and made G, who occupied the said vehicle, to be investigated.

Accordingly, the defendant did not dismiss the operator of the car for the purpose of criminal punishment.
