Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the above fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2012, the Defendant conspired with D and transferred the No. NAS car to E, and upon the death of E on July 6, 2012, the location of the No. NAS car could not be found, the Defendant reported the vehicle theft by falsity, and then the Defendant intended to receive insurance money by receiving an application for payment of vehicle insurance money.

On April 24, 2013, according to D’s instructions, the Defendant filed a vehicle theft report with the purport that “the vehicle theft report was made on the sideway to the Southern-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Seoul-gun, Seoul-gun, the Defendant reported on the use of the vehicle theft report to the effect that “the vehicle was stolen on the sideway to the Southern market located in the Southern-gun, Ulsan-gun, the Southern-gun, the Seoul-gun, the Seoul-gun, the Seoul-do.” On June 24, 2013, the Defendant got off the phone to the Defendant’s Hyundai Marine Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., the Defendant was stolen on the phone, and on June 24, 2013, filed a claim for the automobile accident insurance with F, an employee of the victimized Company, as above, due to the theft of the No.S. car.

Therefore, the defendant, in collusion with D, attempted to defraud the damaged company by fraud of KRW 16,430,00 as a motor vehicle insurance money, but did not achieve that intention before it, but did not commit an attempted crime.
