A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

On December 6, 2013, at around 20:0, the Defendant entered the house through the entrance door, which had not been corrected, and infringed on the residence of the victim C (n, 58 years of age) in the Dong-gu Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu.
