A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 6, 2016, the Defendant, around 12:40 on October 6, 2016, opened a door door door to the victim D (the age of 50) located in Pyeongtaek-si C, which was not corrected at the residence of the victim D (the age of 50) and intruded into the house, and carried 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. On October 6, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime around 13:00 on October 6, 2016: (a) opened a door door that was not corrected at the victim F’s residence in Pyeongtaek-si around 13:00 on October 6, 2016; and (b) intruded into the house and carried out a cash of KRW 400,000,000, which is the cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

3. On October 13, 2016, the Defendant, around 12:40 on October 13, 2016, opened a door door that was not corrected when the victim H located in Pyeongtaek-si G was located in the residence of the victim H and intruded into the house, and carried 20,000 won in cash, which is the cash owned by the victim of the sexual harassment.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

4. On October 19, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime around 15:00, and around 15:00 on October 19, 2016, the Defendant discovered the keys in the front door back to the front door, and opened a door door by using it, and carried out a 90,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim in the front door of the front door, and nine million won in market value.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.
