1. The punishment of the defendant shall be determined by six months;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car B or B.

On December 19, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 04:46, and proceeded at a speed that would not be known to the hospital's front side of the D Hospital located in Ysan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City at the front city.

Since the location was an intersection that is not supported by traffic control, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance due to safe driving, such as reducing speed or temporarily stopping a vehicle to a person engaged in driving service, and checking whether there is another vehicle crossing by temporarily stopping.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded along as is, by negligence, led the victim E (51 Do) to drive on the surface of the long-distance breadth from sunrise to sunset, from the surface of the long-distance breadth, and led the victim E (51 Do) to drive on the top of the left side of the said three-wheeled taxi, and led the victim G, who was parked in front of the said D Hospital, to take the front part of the said Hasp-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-W-C-W-C-W-C-W-C-W-C-W-W-C-W-S-W-S-W

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim E, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment on the part of the victim I (30 years of age) who was on board the said rocketing taxi together with the said rocketing taxi, suffered injury such as climatic salt, tensions, etc. for about three weeks of medical treatment, and escaped without taking necessary measures to prevent the risk and interference of traffic accidents or to rescue the victim.
