A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On November 25, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.204% from blood transfusions on November 25, 2016, and led to the front road of the member-gu C from the viewing side to the lake park.

Since there is a cross-section where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care for a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle to drive the motor vehicle safely according to good faith.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got the front part of the victim F (37 years old)'s GMW car, which was in progress on the right side from the left side of the route due to the negligence of driving the vehicle under the influence of the vehicle stop, and the driving of the 60 years old and under the new subparagraph, was in front of the left side of the said rocketing passenger car. Accordingly, the Defendant had the said Switzerland go to the front part of the said Switzerland passenger car, which was in progress on the left side of the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant: (a) while driving the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to influence of drinking; (b) sustained the victim D (V, 60 years of age) who is a driver of the said car in the said car; (c) suffered from the injury of the said passenger in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment; (d) a chest in a string, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim H (P, 31 years of age); (d) the injury of the said passenger in need of medical treatment to the victim I (32 years of age); (e) the injury of the said passenger in need of medical treatment for about two weeks of medical treatment; (e) the injury of the said passenger in need of medical treatment to the victim J (29 years of age); (e) the injury of the said passenger in need of medical treatment for about two weeks; and (e) the injury of the said passenger in need of medical treatment to the victim K (27 years of age); and (e) the injury of the said passenger in need of medical treatment for about two (27 years of the victim in the said passenger.
