1. On January 13, 2015, the Defendant made the number system consisting of 17 members of the fraternity, 500,000 won per unit, and 28.5 accounts in total, and made a false statement that he would pay the fraternity to the victims, including the victim D, according to the order of priority.

However, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the fraternity to the members up to the end of the fiscal year, when the “25th fiscal year” composed of 8,7150,000 won, and the “17th fiscal year” composed of 17 April 2014, which had been already operated by the Defendant, was a 35,7550,00 won enemy. However, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the fraternity to the members up to the end of the fiscal year, even if he had no particular property or income.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victims, obtained a total of KRW 282,90,000 as a deposit money as shown in the attached Table 1 from September 13, 2016 to the victims, and acquired it by deception.

2. On January 25, 2016, the Defendant made the number system consisting of 22 members of the fraternity, 500,000 won per unit, and 42.5 accounts in total, and made a false statement that the Defendant would pay the fraternity to the victims, including the victim E, according to the order of priority.

However, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the fraternity to the members up to the end of the fiscal year, when the “25th fiscal year” composed of 8,7150,000 won, and the “17th fiscal year” composed of 17 April 2014, which had been already operated by the Defendant, was a 35,7550,00 won enemy. However, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the fraternity to the members up to the end of the fiscal year, even if he had no particular property or income.

Ultimately, the Defendant, as above, deceiving the victims and deceiving them to the victims, as shown in the attached Table 2, until September 13, 2016.
