Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 3027"
1. Special larceny on February 24, 2018 and April 21, 2018;
A. On February 24, 2018, at around 18:00, the Defendant and B came to a house managed by the victim D in the Southern-gu Seoul metropolitan area, and opened an open door that was not corrected and dismantled that was attached to the said house at the market price of KRW 8,000,000 in the living room, and then prepared in advance and loaded it on the guard.
B. Around 20:00 on April 21, 2018, the Defendant and B came to the victim F’s residence in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju. Around 2018, the Defendant and B entered the kitchen through a kitchen outside the cresh in and near the cresh without the victim, and made preparations in advance for things worth a total of 200,000,000 won of the market price of urban gas measuring instruments, gas connecting valves, water pipes, etc. installed in and near the kitchen.
Accordingly, the Defendant, together with B, stolen the other's property.

2. A special larceny Defendant and B around May 17, 2018 came into the house of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, on May 17, 2018, and around 01:25, the victim opened the house as the key as follows 2: (a) by taking advantage of the gap in the house of the victim in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju; (b) the victim opened the house as the key as follows; and (c) the victim owned at the same time up to 1,800,000 won at the market price of the victim’s own; (d) two air-conditions and the outdoor one set, one set, one set, and one set, and three hundred thousand won at the market price of ice 3,100,000,000 won at the market price; and (e) the victim prepared property owned by the victim in advance, and (e) made up for the cargo of KRW 3,100,000 at the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim together with B.

3. On August 20, 2018, the Defendant of larceny: (a) around 11:30 on August 20, 2018, was a house managed by the Victim J, located in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu as a result of a housing redevelopment project; and (b) opened a door that has not been corrected and opened the boiler part, etc. equivalent to 15,000 won at the market price at which it was installed.
