Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, who were the victims of the victim C (V, 33 years old)’s past company acts, and the victim was dissatisfied with her husband on April 2018 and moved her wife to Defendant A’s house. As the Defendant B, who was in a relationship with the victim, was also in a relationship between the victim and Defendant A’s house and three persons, respectively.

피고인들은 2018. 4. 초순 오후경 인천 서구 D건물 E호 피고인 A의 집에서 피해자와 함께 TV를 보면서 장난을 치는 등 시간을 보내던 중, 갑자기 피고인 A가 TV 서랍장 안에 있던 여성용 자위기구인 검정색 바이브레이터를 꺼내면서 피고인 B에게 “쟤(피해자) 잡아봐”라고 말하고, 피고인 B은 이에 따라 피해자의 뒤쪽에서 피해자의 양쪽 팔에 위 피고인의 양쪽 팔을 끼우고, 피해자의 양쪽 허벅지 사이에 위 피고인의 양쪽 다리를 끼워 피해자가 움직이지 못하게 하고, 양쪽 다리를 바깥으로 벌려 피해자의 다리 사이 부위가 벌어지게 한 다음, 피고인 A가 위 바이브레이터 전원을 켜 진동하게 한 뒤 피해자의 바지를 벗기고 피해자의 팬티 겉으로 위 바이브레이터를 가져다 대었다.

Accordingly, the Defendants committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victims jointly.
