Defendant

A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months, by imprisonment for each of the defendants C and D, and by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act by the Defendants;

A. On December 13, 2013, the Defendants conspired to commit the crime against the victim H by having the victim raise a complaint against the victim and committing assaulting the victim on the ground that: (a) around December 21, 201, the M apartment, the residence of Defendant C, the domicile of Defendant C, the domicile of Defendant C, and Defendant C, C, the victim H (the victim’s age 14) was hedging with the male-gu.

As a result, the Defendants jointly detained the victims with I, J, and K (the same day juvenile protection case transfer disposition).

B. On December 13, 2013, the Defendants: (a) committed the crime against the victim N, committed a disguised act by having the said H enter the places indicated in the above paragraph (a) and sent letters to the victim N (n, 16 years old); (b) had the victim mislead the victim, and prevented the victim from going out of the victim; and (c) had the victim go into the said Defendant’s house from 01:00 on the 14th of the following month; (d) had the vehicle brought to the Defendant to board the P toilet located in the regular Eup/Myeon; and (e) had the victim go to the P toilet located in the P toilet located in the regular Eup/Myeon; and (e) had the victim go to the victim from 02:00.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly detained the victims with I, J, and K.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act by the Defendants;

A. The Defendants committed the crime against the victim H committed the crime at the time and at the places described in I, J, K, and the above 1-A, with the arms and legs of the victim H when they are bound by tape. Defendant C assaulted both the victim’s her arms and legs at the time when they take hand, and J, I, and K assaulted both her arms and legs at the time when they take her head debt. Defendant A assaulted both arms and legs of the victim at the time when they take her head debt. Defendant B and Defendant D committed the crime.
