A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. From 12:10 on December 1, 2012 to 12:40 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s coffee specialty business by force by avoiding disturbance, such as following: (a) the victim Q Q Q from around 12:10 to 12:40 on the same day; (b) the Defendant: (c) the victim Qu from entering the said coffee specialty, thereby having his employees working there: (a) fright to fright to fright and fright to fright to fright; (d) the Defendant fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright to fright; and (c) the Defendant fright to fright to fright to fright from

B. On December 9, 2012, from around 11:30 to 14:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s coffee specialty business by force by preventing customers entering the said coffee specialty store by avoiding disturbance, such as (i) acquiring the right at home and (ii) sending sales slips to the employees working therefor, and (iii) holding the sales slips from entering the said coffee specialty store.

2. Refusal to eviction;

A. On November 25, 2012, at the same place as above 11:30 on November 25, 2012, the Defendant asserted that he/she is the president, and demanded several times the victim R, who is the employee of the coffee specialty, to leave the above 1:50 minutes of time and 50 minutes even though he/she requested it to do so by avoiding the disturbance, and the Defendant remains legitimate leave of the victim.

The Gu refused to comply with the Gu.

B. On December 1, 2012, around 15:50 on December 1, 2012, the Defendant, at the 4th U.S. office of the Telecommunication building operated by the Victim N in Kimhae-si, the Defendant abided by the commitments at the time of internal relations with K, and caused disturbance to go to the above NM office several times, and the Defendant stayed in the above NM office for about 30 minutes, and the Defendant’s legitimate eviction out of the victim.

The Gu refused to comply with the Gu.
