1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall include the costs resulting from the participation in the appeal.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited by the court of first instance is as follows, and thus, it is consistent with the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, by Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the text of Article 420
The portion used in the 8th part shall be referred to as the "Urban Improvement Act" in the 7th part of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (amended by Act No. 11293, Feb. 1, 2012; hereinafter "Urban Improvement Act").
5) With respect to the written consent of Z, AC, AB, and AD, the written consent of Z, AC, AB, and AD were submitted as follows: (a) evidence No. 9; (b) evidence No. 10; and (c) evidence No. 13, A3, 23, 24, 26, 27; and (c) the written consent of Z, AC, AB, and D submitted a written confirmation to the Promotion Committee of this case to the effect that “the written consent of the Promotion Committee of this case was submitted or delegated to the preparation and submission of the written consent.”
(2) However, in full view of the following facts and circumstances, the evidence Nos. 5 through 6, 9-2, Eul evidence Nos. 13, 14, Eul evidence Nos. 13, 13, and 16, Eul evidence Nos. 13 and 16, and the purport of the entire pleadings as a result of the written appraisal of the appraiser AY of the first instance trial, the following facts and circumstances are acknowledged

(2) In the case of AC and AB, the certificate of personal seal impression attached to each written consent has been issued for a certain period from the date of preparation of the written consent, but under the Urban Maintenance Act.
