Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. (1) On July 18, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance policy with C, which operates the “B Et” (hereinafter “instant Et”) with the insurance period fixed from July 18, 2013 to July 18, 2016. The Defendant is a participant who operates D’s “D” by the repair company specialized in the compliance line.
(2) On October 12, 2014, at around 23:50, a fire (hereinafter “instant fire”) occurred in the Baart liquor warehouse, and the Plaintiff paid 169,653,559 won to the policyholder C with the insurance proceeds from fire damage.
