1. Case summary

A. 1) On August 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) filed against the Plaintiff on the Intellectual Property Tribunal on August 14, 2014, the instant patent invention (registration number No. 115274, date of application March 13, 2012; hereinafter referred to as the “instant patent invention”); (b) the Defendant collected refrigerants from the air conditioners or air conditioners, etc. destroyed by the air conditioners or air conditioners, etc., which are destroyed by the air conditioners or air conditioners, and stored them in the storage container by cooling them (see the instant patent invention).

B. The above cooling circuit shall include compressors for coolings connected to the above recovery tank, such as reculator and reculator connected to the reculator for cooling and the reculator connected to the above reculator for cooling, and the other side connected to the reculator for cooling and in which the other side is connected with the above reculator and in which liquid heat reculator is circulated inside, and the coculator as opened between the above cos and the above reculator for coolings, which shall be the above recovery tank.
