1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiff is a corporation that operates businesses such as a business body related to the construction, and the defendant B apartment house reconstruction and improvement project association (hereinafter "the defendant association") is a corporation that obtained the authorization of establishment on June 17, 2005 under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents.
The remainder of the defendants except the defendant partnership are those who served as the president, director, or auditor of the defendant partnership around April 2014.
Article 4 (Work Period)
1. The construction period shall be ten months from the date of submission of the starting guidance after the removal of obstacles is completed;
Provided, That where the number of floors is changed due to the modification of a design, A (referring to the defendant; hereinafter the same shall apply) and B (referring to the plaintiff; hereinafter the same shall apply) shall determine the period of construction after separate consultation, and where construction works for the reinforcement of soil or brick ground are required for more than than the rocks and general earth and sand under the ground, the period of construction shall be added, and the additional construction expenses shall be consulted with Gap.
Article 5 (Construction Costs)
1. The construction cost of the building facilities that A shall pay to B shall be the final equity share system;
2.The construction costs under paragraph 1 above shall include the construction cost and civil construction cost, landscaping cost, electrical equipment cost, mast construction cost, man-in construction cost within the complex, removal cost, and project cost.
3.The costs of civil engineering works among the costs of paragraph 2 above should be modified by the method of construction of tea and soil, and PII.E additional works, cancer and bricks reinforced works in accordance with the topographical standards on the basis of general earth and sand, the amount shall be the cost of actual input and shall be consulted with Gap.
4. In addition to the construction costs set forth in paragraph 1 above, taxes and public charges imposed in the name of a member of A or a member of A, water supply, urban gas use fees and costs for preservation and registration of a member's household, costs for repayment and reimbursement of loans, global income tax and fees for tax accountant handled by A or a member of A shall be borne by him/her, and all costs for construction permission shall be purchased by bonds.
