Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant conspired with E to store dangerous substances of more than a designated quantity at a place other than a storage place.

2. Defendant B, in collusion with A, to assist Defendant B in manufacturing and selling 84,000 L of fake petroleum, as described in paragraph (1) of Article 1, the Defendant is to Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon, from March 2014 to June 24, 2014.
