Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products;

From October 2013 to June 15:50, 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided three plastic storage tanks with about 45 square meters located in the E Logistics Complex in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) divided 2,000 L into three plastic storage tanks; (c) one pump with an electrical motor vehicle; (d) one pump with an electrical motor vehicle; (e) 15 and 17 L; and (e) one five and 300 L with a drum 15 and 17 L with a 300 plastic oil as its raw material; and (e) divided them into three different kinds of plastic boxes, one of which is manufactured by dividing them into 15 and one by the proportion of 50 mar petroleum, one of which is manufactured by the first person F, and one of which is manufactured by the first person, the first person’s name, and the first person’s name, five hundred mar oil, five mar, and one of the two mar petroleum as its fuel.

Accordingly, the Defendant manufactured and sold fake petroleum.

Accordingly, the defendant stored dangerous substances of more than a designated quantity in a place other than a storage place.
