A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, along with E, planned to provide funds for purchasing philophones and to purchase philophones from the “F” (the name “F”), with the purchase funds provided as above.

On February 11, 2015, the Defendant transferred KRW 500,000 from the foreign exchange bank account (G) used by E to KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 from the Defendant, to the account of the foreign exchange bank account (G) used by E. At that time, E was able to have a person who was unable to receive the name in the king market located in Singu-si, Singu.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant sold psychotropic drugs in collusion with E.

2. At around 01:00 on February 12, 2015, the Defendant administered philophones in the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the Defendant’s underground parking lot located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu H apartment, with the string of philophones purchased as indicated in paragraph 1 on the string place, passed the smoke as soon as possible, and inhales it as possible.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs, even though he is not a narcotics handler.
