1. The defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won;

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving a E X-ray car.

On June 30, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 22:30 on June 30, 2017, and led 3 Gohap-ri 3 to the intersection of the private distance in front of the boarding school located in one of the two 1st cities in South Won-si.

Since there was an intersection where traffic signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care for those engaged in driving cars to live well on the right and the right, and to safely turn to the left pursuant to the new code.
