Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 22, 2015, from around April 21, 2016 to April 21, 2016, Defendant A, with the trade name of 303 buildings D in Dongcheon-si, and “E”, installed three tights with the facilities for showering and the influence, and two strings with the bee room, and arranged sexual traffic for business purposes by receiving KRW 120,00 from an unspecified number of male customers and sending KRW 60,00 to the female employees, and by sending them to the bee and arranging sexual traffic.

2. Defendant B was the owner of a commercial building No. 303 in the Dongducheon-si Building D, and the lessee operated a commercial entertainment business establishment leased by the Defendant, and the lessee was under control on April 14, 2015, and the Defendant was notified by the Dongducheon Police Station around June 25, 2015. After the control, the Defendant continued to operate a commercial entertainment business establishment and was recontrold on July 13, 2015, and the Defendant was informed of the control that the said building was used as a commercial entertainment business place by receiving notification from the Dongducheon Police Station around July 14, 2015.

Nevertheless, the Defendant continued to lease the above building to the above A, and caused the above A to continue to operate a commercial sex business establishment in the above building from June 25, 2015 to April 21, 2016, and provided the above building with knowledge of the fact that it was offered for commercial sex acts for business purposes.
