A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

A. At around 03:30 on May 10, 2015, the Defendant and C used a sirened vehicle in advance by C, to set soup “E” in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and then waiting in the vicinity thereof. The Defendant, at the above soup male water surface room, had a mobile phone at the victim F’s head, and the diving had a 800,000 won mobile phone device at the market price of the victim’s possession.

In addition, the Defendant and C stolen 4 mobile phone numbers equivalent to 3.3 million won at the market price through the above four times, as shown in the crime sight table (1) between May 14, 2015 and May 04:00.

Accordingly, the defendant and C conspired stolen the victims' property.

B. At around 03:30 on May 3, 2015, the Defendant brought a gallon ju S4 mobile phone device equivalent to 800,000 won at the victim’s market price, between the Plaintiff and the victim I placed the cell phone device adjacent to the cellular device in a soup.

C. At around 03:00 on May 4, 2015, the Defendant brought the victim L’s cellular phone equipment at the gallon S5 mobile phone equipment equivalent to KRW 900,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim during soup, “K” located in the Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si.

2. From December 1, 2013, the Defendant has been working for an O restaurant operated by the victim N in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu as a delivery employee.

At around 22:40 on January 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) instructed the victim’s mother to deliver KRW 2,570,000 to P, who is the victim’s mother; and (b) used the said money for personal purposes, such as accommodation, around that time, while keeping it for business purposes.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

A. On February 7, 2014, around 01:10 on February 7, 2014, the Defendant is owned by the victim R in Q 2 in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
