Punishment of the crime

At around 04:00 on April 29, 2012, the Defendant and AE, C, and D agreed to cut a mobile phone at the Maritime Hot Spring Center located in Busan, Busan, Busan, and then the victims came to bring about one mobile phone at the victim’s 40,000 U.S. market value equivalent to the Samsung Galthro ju S2 mobile phone valueing to KRW 840,000, the victim’s 840,000, Samsung G market valueing to KRW 840,000.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property together with AE, C, and D.
