Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On 25, 2016, around 09:20 on 25, 201, the Defendant proceeded ahead of the entrance of the Seodaemun market located in the Southern-gu Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, with three-lanes in the direction of Seoul Station in the direction of Seoul Station, at the long distance protection zone.

At this point, there is a crosswalk with signal lights, so in this case, there was a duty of care to look at the right and right of the person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle, and safely proceed in accordance with the new code, to prevent the accident.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused a victim C (47 knee, female) who kneeed a crosswalk in accordance with the pedestrian signals on the right side from the left side of the right side of the marina course direction by negligence in contravention of the signal, to go beyond the shock of the front part of the driving vehicle of the Defendant.

In the end, the Defendant suffered from the various forms of diversity, which requires the stability and medical treatment of the victim for about two weeks due to the above occupational negligence.
