Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the Category B SP car.

On October 10, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle volume at around 04:28, and proceeded to the north-ro 33 (Nong-dong) KT & 3 (G private street) on the north-ro of Jeju-do on October 10, 2015, depending on the quantity per person and the road (excluding the right-way lane) at the location of the new city on the one-lane road (excluding the right-way lane).
