Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2010, the Defendant, at around 22:03, 22:03, was carrying a friendship B and driving a C Ecoos car, and the Defendant suggested “B” to “I have been aware of, and will receive, insurance money after having intentionally caused a traffic accident.”

According to such a mother, the Defendant driven the above Eccoo vehicle and driven it on the road in front of the Ecoo vehicle located in the Busan Scoo-gu, Busan, and caused G to go through the Fcuak vehicle following it, thereby getting the vehicle behind the above Ecoo vehicle.

A defendant and B received an accident report from an employee in charge of not knowing the name of the victim LIG damage insurance company as the actual traffic accident occurred, and around August 19, 2010, the defendant received 849,800 won in the agreed amount, 210,200 won in the agreed amount, and B received 849,800 won in the agreed amount, and 200,960 won in the agreed amount, respectively.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with B to deceiving the victim, and received a total of KRW 3,776,249 from the victim.
