A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 High 367" is between the victim B (n, 25 years of age, intellectual disability 3), victim C (n, 23 years of age, intellectual disability 2 level), camping ground and farming ground, and between the defendant and about 1 to 2 years of age.

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. On March 14, 2019, the Defendant, at around 14:00, 14:00, used the victim’s knife at the front of the E’s near F convenience store located in Busan East-gu, Busan, with his/her hand, at once.

B. On March 15, 2019, around 18:00 on March 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) kidddd the victim visiting the deaf-gu competition in the H seat located in the Busan East-gu G; (b) kiddd the victim’s body behind the body; (c) kidd the chest with their fingers; and (d) kid the victim’s hand over his shoulder; and (d) kid the Defendant’s kid with his hand.

2. Crimes against victims C;

A. On March 1, 2019, the Defendant took the head in his/her hand with the victim, who was located at the I bus stops located at the Ist bus stops located in Busan Metropolitan City on March 2019.

B. On March 15, 2019, the Defendant 20:00, at the same place as the above 1(b) and the same as the above 1(b), brought the victim’s body flag to the victim visiting the deaf-gu competition.

As such, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on four occasions against the victims with mental disability.

On June 6, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 21:26, 2020, at the front side of the J building in Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, the Defendant 2020 Manhap313: (b) saw the victim K (V, 20 years old, 20 years old, and grade 2 of intellectual disability) as a ground for the Defendant’s horse care that pointing this out while smoking, she saw the gate room, which is a dangerous object, she laid down two times the victim’s left hand; and (c) placed the victim’s son, left hand, she placed a son, left hand hand, and knife the knife of the balance of the second left part
