1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

The Plaintiff (Appointed Party)’s claim against the Defendants is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B’s supply and demand of tenant recruitment services (1) sales business entity of “F”, which is the Seocho-gu Seoul E-ground Condominium, and the Sung Civil Development Co., Ltd., which entrusted the said building to an international trust trust company (hereinafter “SP”) was awarded a contract for the sales of the first floor above the above building (hereinafter “instant commercial building”) on April 6, 2012.

(2) On May 9, 2012, the C&C entered into a business partnership agreement between Defendant B (However, the name of H was used) and the major contents as follows.

Article 3. (Contents of and Responsibility for Business Partnership)

1. A (hereinafter referred to as the csalopic graphic) shall entrust B (hereinafter referred to as Defendant B) with all of the following: (a) the lessee’s interference in all stores prior to the lease contract for the location of the object (the title of the commercial building in this case); (b) the number and size of the stores desired by the lessee; and (c) the negotiations for the type of business;

5. B shall complete a lease contract for all stores within the period of the contract;

If it is not so, the same deposit and monthly rent shall be paid to the whole remaining stores which have not completed a rental contract, and if the same deposit and monthly rent shall be paid to the same store as the other store of which the contract is concluded, the business shall be operated immediately.

Article 4 (Period and Effect of Contract) The terms of this Agreement shall enter into force from the date of conclusion of the contract, and the period shall enter into force from August 10, 2012 from the date of conclusion of the contract.

In the future, the extension of contract shall be determined by the agreement between both A and B.

B. The expenses for concluding a business consulting agreement and the sales of the store in this case.
